Energy goes where your focus goes

The secret to having greater control of your thoughts, feelings and action on the golf course is the ability to focus on the right things at the right time. This is simple to say, but more challenging to put into practice.


Here at GPPC we coach golfers on how to achieve this focus. We use tried and tested mindset strategies that are easy to learn and quick to deploy.


We cover topics such as: performance anxiety, emotional regulation, confidence, imagery and visualisation, timeline thinking, relaxation and tension release exercises, mental rehearsal and conditioning, mental energy control, rituals and routine implementation and many other topics.
